Every year the Newby Advent Calendar takes on a new form to celebrate the festive season and the New Year. This year the task was to create a ‘Newby Manor’. A concept which reflects and illustrates one of Britain’s traditional cultures; tea time, in classic Newby fashion.
Since its inception, the Newby Advent Calendar has been through many facelifts, all of which carried significance in accordance with its theme and current trend at the time. This year Newby Teas wanted to take a more traditional root and pay homage to its British roots. The Newby house and headquarters based in London’s Farringdon was conceptualized to transform itself in to an English Manor, whilst keeping the structural integrity of the original building.
